It is certainly a pretty gemmy crystal! The combination of blue and pink-purple is what sets this Tourmaline crystal apart from many other exceptional Tourmaline crystals from this locality! For years, Paprok in Nuristan, Afghanistan, has produced some great Tourmalines with spectacular colors; however, very few crystals of this lovely color composition have been found in this locality. This particular Tourmaline crystal has two repairs, one at the top green area and the second at the bottom pink area, but the one-of-a-kind color combination of this Tourmaline makes the repairs acceptable. It has a really beautiful shape and interesting quality.
